Risk Free (Money-Back)

• Risk Free (money-back) return policy is NOT a satisfaction guarantee policy

• In order for the policy to be in effect the user must use the product for at least 30 days

• Risk Free policy only applies if the customer followed our recommended use recipes, the recommended usage is at least 30 days, if you’re not satisfied with the product after 30 days of recommended usage a return can be processed.

• If you claim a refund in your first 30 days and later decide you want to re-purchase, this offer will no longer be available. This is necessary to avoid abuse of the offer.

Returns

• For safety reasons we do not refund or exchange if the product has been used. We can only replace product if it is defective or damaged during shipping or product's defect. Product will not be replaced or exchanged if damage to the product is caused by impact or crushing, whether intentional or accidental.

• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

• If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure to get a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost/delayed shipments.
